My Song For You

dondechi Solo piano may not be your thing, and it isn't necessarily mine, though I confess to being a big fan of Keith Jarrett back when he was releasing those massive solo albums. There's some of that here in Hart's intuitive approach to playing, and I've been lucky to hear the pianist around Chicago in a wholly free and improvisational format with trios and larger ensembles. Those were amazing shows, and this solo piano album captures some of that feeling. But I can't wait to hear what's next!

about

I am so excited you are here, and I am thrilled to share this new music with you! My Song for You really goes back to the basics for me. My first album was a solo piano album. This new project captures some of those same vibes in a more refined way. My goal was simply to create beautiful and meaningful music while using elements of dissonance and space
